Juniors in Hayle

It’s been quite a few years since Looe Rowing Club attended the U14 County Championships at Hayle and it was great to be back. Over the last year our junior membership has grown and we have been delighted to have junior crews competing at regattas again. At Hayle on Saturday, our Under 14s rowed extremely well, progressing to the 2nd round and finishing a respectable 22nd overall. All of the crew are fairly new to gig rowing and most will be in the same age category next year so we can look forward to building on these results.
